Cajun Chicken

1. Defrost the filling overnight in chiller at 4°C.
2. Set the microwave for 3 minutes heating.
3. Check the core temperature and ensure it reach >60°C. (*refer to AVA standard)
4. Let it cool for around 20 – 25 minutes to achieve temperature not less than 40°C.
5. Ready to serve with any kind of pastry, doughnut or bread.
