- Defrost the filling overnight in chiller at 4°C.
- Set the microwave for 3 minutes heating.
- Check the core temperature and ensure it reach >60°C. (*refer to AVA standard)
- Let it cool for around 20 – 25 minutes to achieve temperature not less than 40°C.
- Ready to serve with any kind of pastry, doughnut or bread.
Thaw and use
